Pretty good, even tho people will spaz about the headband. It's WAY too expensive, but I don't think it matters with his hair....
Anyways, new eyes are definatly in order. From ref pic, I'd say some of those guys eyes that are thin and blue. While you change the face, make a smirk smile instead of grin. Grin is a bit more Naruto. ^^
Lastly, I know the mimzy aura is cool but I don't think it works w/ the avi. Don't think he learned Reasengan.

3/5 because... i dunno, i don't like it and it's used quite a bit.
