- Umm..I don't need to get rid of the gun because its a war movie and the reference picture was to compare the outfit and I can't do anything about the eyepatch

- Different hair, skin color, and get rid of the smoke rings and gun. Plus, you need to put the eye patch on the opposite eye. We get that you're doing a girl version, but this still isn't even close to the picture you posted.

I think its pretty close, it would be hard to change a charater's charateristics from a boy to a girl.
