Anyone who has played Final Fantasy IX will remember the Black Waltzes. The appearance of the Black Waltzes is very similar to the Black Mages, but differs in that the Black Mages have a very neutral appearance where as the Black Waltzes have a more stylized, sinister appearance.
Personally this is my favorite one since it seems to be the most bad-a** of the 3. I did my best to make it as accurate as possible so with that said I hope you enjoy it.

- i just wanted to say thank you to everybody who voted and commented, although i wont win it was still nice to be the first Black Waltz No. 3 posted in the arena. and as for the comments about using the death whisper wings that seem to be a really good idea but unfortunately i don't have a second one to use, but thank you guys for the idea.

- his wings are blue not black so i don't think that the death whisper wings would work as well
