This is the second ultimecia I have done in the arena, she is the main antogonist in final fantasy VIII and tried to destroy the universe and everyone in it so she could make her own in its place.
Ultimecia uses time and space magic most, but she also uses all other kinds of magic.

- Oh, wow! [owo] This is really amazing! In all honesty, I have no clue who the character is, as I have never played FFVIII, but from the reference pic, it matches almost perfectly. [>w<] Good job! 5'd.
