In the Sasuke Retrieval Arc Chouji fights a monsterous enemy named Jirobo that pushed his limits...it also forces him to eat 3 food pill in quick succession and upon eating the 3rd a huge chakra release happened which made Chouji skinny and gave him chakra butterfly wings...with the overload of chakra Chouji was able to defeat Jirobo but the food pills nearly killed him...the medical ninja's were able to heal him and afterwards Asuma took Squad 10 out for a little Barbecue ... - Date: 01/25/2009
