This avatar is Ciel Phantomhive as he appears in ep. 4 of the Kuroshitsuji anime, in a pink dress. This he does to appear female to Viscount Druitt, a suspect in a Jack the Ripper murder case. Druitt, convinced he's female, puts him on the black market for his body parts, leading to arrest. However, this traumatic experience for Ciel pays little merit- the viscount isn't Jack the Ripper, and bribes his way out of jail later.

I like it but if you could have put different style of eyes and and I guess the hair a bit more greensih blue then black hmm perhaps not put the eye patch I could find a replacement for the hair too xPP

1. No.. the black part at the bottom isn't a tail. xD; I just wanted to get some black down there because he has black bows at the bottom of his dress.
