- I think this is damn near perfect. You even made sure she didn't have any sleaves and the mirror was a perfect touch. I adore this.

- I think you should change the hair and the eyes. Maybe use something on the gloves. It's pretty good. The wings resemble her attack, it seems. I'm a big Sailor Neptune fan too. She has many things in common with me. By the way, you did a pretty good job.
