Boromir was a valiant warrior from Gondor, and at the Council of Elrond, he joined the Fellowship of the Ring. Boromir carried a circular shield and a broad and powerful sword. He also owned the Great Horn, an heirloom of the Steward’s of Gondor, if blown would call Gondor to his aid.
