- Description: Sgt. Eugene Tackleberry from the Police Academy Series. This Tackleberry is off of Police Academy 3: Back in Training. This is probably my most favorite character from the movie. As you see he is holding a rocket launcher, if you have ever seen any of the police academy movies you would know he likes big guns and he likes to shoot first, ask questions later and destroy a lamp store. Hope you like it and if you dont then you have never seen police academy.
