Description:
Rocket Executives are a higher class Rocket than the grunts introduced in Gold and Silver. The Executives became the leaders of the gang shortly after their Boss's disappearance. They devise a plan to lure their Boss out of hiding through the selling of Slowpoke Tails, radio wave induced evolution, and the takeover of the Goldenrod Radio Tower to attempt communicating with him via radio.
The first time you fight one is in the Rocket Hideout in Mahogany Town. She, like all Rockets, is unnamed. - Date: 05/14/2009

- Thanks for the comment! Though, her game sprite and a full body picture of her off of a trading card shows that she does show her midriff. Sadly, I couldn't find a good hairstyle that isn't firetruck red for that, so I went with brown. Thanks for the critical eye, though!

- I've always liked the executives from this generation. I think... there are a few improvements that could be made to the outfit in this one. (Her sprite from the games does not show her middrift, if I can remember correctly.) Her hair, also, is more reddish than brown. Those earrings and her persona overall is spot on. :3
