During the five years he was Death Scythe's partner, Stein secretly operated on him while Death Scythe was asleep. - Scar of hero would be suggested perhaps? Other than that, that is pretty good. Oh and if at all possible, you could try getting soemthing to add to have that metal thing in his head (if Gaia has items provided for that)
