Description:
Scarlet is the head of Shinra's Weapons Development Department. Scarlet is one of the more evil-minded Shinra executives and was directly responsible for the destruction of Barret Wallace's home town of Corel and for the loss of Barret's forearm.
This is my first cosplay and I personally think Scarlet is a Harlet but I tried. (sorry about hair and pic. Couldn't find any better.) Rate and comment if you dare! :O - Date: 06/27/2009
