This is actually one of the best Namine's I've seen so far
I like how you incorperated the ocean background for symbolizing Kairi. The little Heartless is adorable!
I'll accept the heels in this case because you can barely tell that they are there.

For the dress, you should've used a White Picnic Sun Dress. It's cheaper, and it doesn't sparkle.
Shoes probably shouldn't be heels. Maybe there are light blue/white sandals you could use?
Take away the background and Heartless and you're fine!
