It is said to be the guardian of the seas. It is rumored to have been seen on the night of a storm. (Fire Red Pokedex Entry)
Shiny Pokemon are the same as any Pokemon, except that they have a different color scheme and are very rare to find. In this case, this Lugia sports a pink and white coloring, unlike the normal Lugia which is usually a blue and white color.
This is my first attempt at the cosplay arena but I don't expect anyone to be easy on me. - Date: 08/01/2009
