Scarlet Jacobs, better known by her pseudonym Shinobu, is an 18-year-old African American assassin, the youngest confirmed ranked member of the UAA, and a high school student at the local Santa Destroy High School She is ranked 8th in the UAA.
Shinobu specializes in using her katana, even throwing Travis off guard by using her signature move, Sonic Sword. After she is defeated, her right hand cut off by Travis's blade.

When that new hairstyle was released I INSTANTLY thought of Shinobu from No More Heroes. Then after a while I kind of forgot.

- gaia actually does have black leggings. you can look it up in the marketplace and you'll see a ton of leggings. (if you are talking about leg warmers in the other hand, you're right about gaia not having black leggings..) By the way, it would be better if she had an ancient katana.. But it's still fine even if she has a ninja sword. Also, you should have made her tie purple. You should check out the business man tie. O: I'll rate it 4/5.
