- Description: on christmas the oldest girl in a swedish family dresses up (usually in a white gown) and wears a wreath of candles ( yes they are real) on her head. then the oldest serves her family. From what i am told she also give them their presents and food first. plus she gets the family ready. Because I am 18% swedish and i am the oldest i thought i wud find a way to keep tradition. (i no dress is not white i chose red to make it more christmasy)
