Coggie is a character from the Majutsushi Orphen Light Novels writen by Yoshinobu Akita.
She's part of a Royal Public Order Police from Urban Lama, likes occult and shopping. Was second rank but got demoted to third, uses Orphen, can't use magic and doesn't apppears in the manga or anime.
I know is a really easy avatar, but this is my first avatar cosplay and I like so much this character.
