- Description: "Like my new outfit? Hot, ain't it?" Harley Quinn, Dr. Harleen Quinzel, accomplice to the Joker, appears in Arkham Asylum as one of the main baddies. I know there has been a lot of Harleys and Jokers, but everyone wants to try something like this at least once, right? Seeing as there isn't two different colored boots, I figured I'd go with a red and purple styled boot. Yes, there are fish nets but they are just kinda...hidden. Please vote fairly, Puddin'!
