Not to sound like a broken record, but Freya is the name. I love Chobits and Dark Chi kinda scared me. Please look into her name and descriptions a bit more.
I also think you can try to find a longer, more flowing plantinum hair.
Your hair is good, but Freya's is extremly long.
And Starry Night's Starry BG can make your Refrence picture look more complete. Or some sort of Dark colored background.
