Occasionally, he stalks others, especially China (That is what the panda bubble is for). Russia happily promises that eventually "all will become one with Russia". - Not an actual faucet pipe but it's quite close! Anyway, other than the scarf having a blueish tint this is a very good cosplay of Ivan!
