- her bow is maroon that person can get over it but the floaties do kinda bring it down geeze whats up with all the sailor scouts lol 4/5

The bow SHOULD be red, not purple. You should have used the magical girl gloves and not the red floaties. The eyes are okay, but could be better.
I'm not too crazy about the hair, but overall, nice job.
