- Description: Pyramid Head resembles a pale, muscular man covered with a white, blood-soaked butcher's smock. His most outstanding feature is a large, red, triangular helmet that covers his head completely. It was designed to appear painful to wear, suggesting that it serves as some kind of punishment, this is when he is equipped with a spear as seen just before the final boss fight in silent hill 2 (the helmet is different to the one in the url but its the game version of PH mixed with the url)

- Could have done without the belt...And I don't think Pyramid Head wears shoes. The helmet and waist is cool, but I have a problem with using Gaia Cash to buy items to put in cosplays...Mainly because some of them are mainly for it. XD

- lol sweet. Pyramid Head is my fave from SH2. It's funny how he messes with James the lamo all the time XD
