Doll ears would be better, and smaller eyes if its Lucy.
If chu wanna keep the bigger eyes go for a Mew...
All in all, it's pretty good. (If you could, find something that will cover the right eye)

- Elfen Lied! ******** yeah! I'm 5/5'ing this for my fave anime! Oh, and it's not bad... Like it's been said, different eyes and maybe hair. Other than that, perfecto!
