Tony is a character from a great manga/anime called one piece.
Tony uses something called a rumble ball (which gives him extra forms) when fighting (it lasts 3 minutes and bad side effects happen when using too many too quickly).
So this was my attempt at tony, he's a bit tall for his kid form but oh well, I tried my best! Please rate me what you think! ^_^
