This is Sephiroth in that famous moment when he burned Nibelheim, inspired in both games' and film's versions.
I based his face on Crisis Core's model, where fans will remember his eyelashes are unusually long.
The image is merely for reference purposes and not strictly the object of the cosplay. Enjoy! ^^

- @Coupler: If you're rating it a 1 or 2 based on the fact that Sephiroths have been done before, then you're not rating the avatar itself for its merit or for its accuracy. That is unfair and it's certainly not the point of the cosplay arena, which should be to reward good cosplays.

- Coupler is right. Taking an old cosplay and adding a few flashy items to it doesn't make it a better cosplay. Regardless, at least you put effort into it unlike every other cosplay of him. 4/5

- Coupler: Don't act like that. The cosplay is great in my opinion, and it looks a lot like the actual Sephiroth. Even if there are tons of ones in the arenas, what do you want? About everything that could be recognized has already been done, and anything else that could work would probably be unknown to most people.

- This isn't any different from the millions of other Sephiroths entered in the arena. Sure you may have added fire and a better sword, its all the same items over and over every time I see it. I'll give ya credit but I wont give anything over a 2.
