- Description: Possibly the most infamous character of Silent Hill, Pyramid Head originally appeared as a manifestation of James Sunderland's guilt and sexual frustration, since then he has appeared to many the unfortunate traveler that finds themselves lost within Silent Hill's Otherworld, usually serving a similar role, though often in slightly differing appearances. Two things that remain unchanged are his role as Tormentor, as well as his iconic Giant Butcher Knife.

Pyramid Head originally appeared as a manifestation of James Sunderland's guilt and sexual frustration. yeh he apears in other silent games largly as fan service ... much the same as the "sexafied bubblehaed nurse the reasons they were sexafied was for the same reason james is a F**kin perv hence alot of piramid head raping the ******** out of the leggy monsters and such. he still awsome tho even if he is pure fan service in some of the other silent hill games

- Hes not a tormentor. He was trying to show James the truth of his delusion. Thats why he kills Maria, shes a figment of his imagination.
