- If anyone has some confusion, that pearl is suppose to represent the shikon no tama. If they're going to tell me it isn't purple...well...as part of the story, the more beautiful the jewel, the more tainted it is...so if it just came out of Kagome, it should look rather dull, especially in the dark.
