For anyone who has heard of or watched Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase, should know Arte, Hazuki little sister, who tries to kill her. Since Hazuki is the families favorite, Arte wanted to destroy everything she loved. Arte is also a 'shadow user' which allows her to transform her shadow into a scythe or a copy of herself.

- It looks like in the ref pic she wears a red neck tie so maybe try adding the heart string( I think thats what it is)
