Description:
A Yuki-Onna(Snow Woman) is a spirit/youkai in Japanese mythology. Some say that a Yuki-Onna is the spirit of someone that died in the snow. Usually she is portrayed as evil, as she freezes travelers stuck in snowstorms with her icy breath, but others say she is merciful, as the victim is put to death without suffering. Sometimes, she even lets victims go. She is a popular figure in media.

- Oh, but the Let It Snow item works so well for her ice breath. It's one of the staples of a Yuki-Onna. But thanks for your advice! I'll try to be more subtle about my advertising.
