- Description: For those of you who don't know, Major General Olivier Armstrong is the older sister of Alex Louis Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist and she's a total badass! I've been wanting to cosplay as her for such a long time and I hope I captured her likeness (Would have added the black coat but stupid Gaia wouldn't let me equip 2 coats at once! Bummer).
