This is Ororo as she appeared in the X-Men Ultimate series.
I already made a Movie-verse Storm and I wanted to try and attempt a version of her that no one else had thus far. So I chose this. The boots aren't completely yellow but I couldn't any others that were in the perfect style and these just work to me. The orb on her chest represents the gold/red X-Men emblem.

- The user below is being childish because when he submitted a (horrible) cosplay of the Joker he couldn't seem to grasp why it was so...well...horrible. Unfortunately, he deleted it (possibly in an attempt to try and hide it away so I couldn't use it to prove how bad it was). He also sent me a very rude message trying (and failing) to justify his horrible cosplay which he also had no ref for and basically just made up. He also called me a "noob" multiple times for whatever reason.
