Aka. Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, who used to be the psychologist of the Joker, falls madly in love with him during his check-ups – So much that she’s willing to set him free, but with the price of removing her license and got arrested. When she had enough, she took on a jester-like suit, broke back into prison to release him and became his accomplice/girlfriend.
I took on the original suit from the Animated Series (the Race Gun takes off the sleeves, so I can't use it).

- There's no live action movie with Harley. Doesn't mean there are no movies with her . . . I liked the one where her an' Mercy Graves were kicking each others' asses.
