- it would be nice to have a reference picture to compare...and i dont think EVERYONE seen it..so it would be nice with a better description..and it could be better...i mean the dress was like a apron.. and she was wearing white under it..and it kindve lacks detail... :l...1/5

This is cute and I think for the most part you pretty much got her down. :3 I personally love that you added Toto. ;D Dorthy isn't Dorthy without her best bud Toto!

- Dress is to inaccurate. Dorthy is an iconic figure and you have to get her just right.
