Did she have an umbrella? Hair color is off by a lot. I believe it was reddish or blonde not brown

- very creative idea, you could have gone very basic with just a bikini but you got fairly close. I don't read Ouran so I'm not sure what exactly is goin on at this point in it, but still looks like the reference so I say 4/5. for critique, your hair should be a lighter tone. her hair looks blonde where yours is darker brown.

Change the hair and eyes, they make it look odd beyond so many levels.

- @Fapjack, I have been told to change the eyes, but I'm not sure which ones to use. I would like to use a background, but the only fitting one I can think of is expensive, and I'm not made of gold, so for now, I'll have to go without.

She has an umbrella, i know that. I didn't know it was purple..
I'd suggest change the eyes, and get a reference picture where it shows the umbrella. Maybe a background?
