- he pi..ed me off so much evertime i died cause him and rex would run out while i tried to snipe id take them to the ncr main base in new vegas plant my 121 c4 all through out the halls and wennt CLICK CLICK BOOM die mother F....... i easy to make frinds with as long as you dont anger me and your not my target go i love my phonix nerual implant
