Took advice that I was given in the last go-around~
-I added a background (please note that the background in the ref is hard to replicate. It looks like a cave, so here is a cave...)
-I used a different dress, but I had to add the wench's bustier because the one under it for the black crescents covered the top part of the dress, which is blue.

This is the most accurate cosplay on gaia I've ever seen. What makes it even better is unlike vocalic, and all those series, they haven't made a Queen Beryl one, they made sailor moon, but not her. Would've voted 5/5
