This is a cosplay of Unohana Retsu, 4th Squad Captain of the 13 Protection Squads.
I personally wanted to do a cosplay of her with her hair let out, but I couldn't find a fullbody reference of her with her hair let out. So here are the refs I used:

- There's actually a hair in stores that you can buy that looks somewhat like Unohana's hair. I'd recommend buying that. The only other things I would work on are the eyes/smile, white robe, and shoes. It's nice for your first attempt. 3/5

- Not bad, though the Inari Beads coat would have done better than the Kosode. The hair could be better and the eyes too.

- Okay I have just had to delete 5 useless and offensive comments with no point to them. If you haven't got any supportive critiques for how I can do better, keeping in mind this is my FIRST TIME, don't post. :I I'm sick of people being just plain rude. Thank you to the people below who I haven't deleted their comments who have given critiques and not just bashing my first gaia cosplay attempt.

- Would benefit from a different hair style that is braided down her back or over her shoulder. There is an item with open white robes, either Inari Beads or a gold shop item I believe, I can't recall its name. TekTek could be of great help. Her eyes are also brown I believe, there are some gold shop eyes that would suit her.
