Here's my cosplay:
This is Flandre Scarlet, a character from a videogame series called Touhou Project.
Touhou Project is developed by ZUN, and is now one of the most noted Doujin Shooters out there in the Guiness Book of World Records.
I won't get too complicated as far from the description what Touhou is, but it's a top-down curtain fire shooting game, where you have only a tiny bit of error to dodge, or die.
