- Seen this done a thousand times, at least half of those times were better than this. If you use a ref, you should match your avi to the ref.

Actually, he's worn a pure blue suit before, which is most remembered as the one that we see "Tentoo" wear when the Doctor leave him with Rose at Bad Wolf Bay. - If you really want to try and win, you should make sure all of your details are right, and then try and show him in a clever way, like recreating a specific scene or moment.

- There are several brown coats, you should have looked a little harder before submitting. In fact, you're whole entry comes across as lazy. You've shown him in a plain blue suit, which he never wears (all of his suits have pinstripes). You also just stuck a screwdriver in his hand, I'm not sure why you went with this, if it's because of money you should have saved up before spending the 10k to enter the arenas. Otherwise it just doesn't look like his sonic screw driver.
