This is way off.
Pants are too light, Shoes have more metal on them, hair is off there is better hair in shops, gun looks nothing like the one you have equipped and you need a turret.

I'd like to see the turret, and perhaps a bit more of a rugged face, maybe a nose would be nice.
Not to say that I don't like it, it's just that it needs a bit more work.
