Sailor moon is over done to the point that if you use her it must be perfect.
The site has sailor moons exact tiara.
There are better boots
also you need to match the shirt and skirt better. You should use the middle school shirt because the collar matches the skirt better.
You forgot her brooch and the site has her brooch
Also I would of liked to see better gloves.
