Not bad as Russia's scarf is not full blown pink. There are a couple of nice white scarfs that would better fit Russia. The eyes also look wrong, Russia is usually has a smile whether he means it or not, so his eyes are more alike to the reference image rather than your avatar.
Since it's a Hetalia cosplay, blush would be well on the avatar and I think you could create the legs and feet with a couple items rather than use an item to create both. - Report As Spam
