There were some details that needed fixing and I think I've fixed them so here she is! :)
Queen Serenity was the ruler of the Moon Kingdom. She is the mother of Princess Serena or Sailor Moon. She used the last of her strength to sacrifice her Moon Kingdom and save Serena and the others, by trapping them in the power of the Silver Crystal. She sent them to Earth with no memories, hoping that her daughter could have peace.

- A reference image is not mandatory. And anyone who actually watched Sailor Moon (that b***h with her two minute long transformation! scream ) would recognize her. Perfect cosplay as far as I'm concerned. 5
