Fujiwara no Mokou the immortal of the bamboo forest of the lost from Touhou 8: Imperishable Night.
I tried to make the avatar just like the reference picture which is official art.
Mokou is my favorite touhou so I just had to cosplay as her when I saw this hair, it's perfect for her, I think.
