Chibiusa (or Rini) is a character from Sailor Moon. Her full name is Princess Usagi Small Lady Serenity. She is the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion. Described as a "precocious brat who likes pulling pranks," she dreams of one day being a lady, having a prince, and being friends with everybody she knows.
I'm cosplaying her as she appears in Sailor Moon R. I stuck the CoCo kitty on her back to try and make it her Luna P. It could totally just be Luna, too. - Date: 04/26/2014

- They are red. This eye style was the most anime-ish/Sailor Moonish I could find in the salon. If you have a better eye style, let me know. ^_^
