Im back again with another Eternal Sailor Neptune cosplay. It came to my attention that it had been quite some time since I revamped my Eternal Sailor Neptune's style. So I once again sat down and worked out every last detail to her Eternal Fuku with the new items I had a t my disposal. I remember last time the one flaw every one kept mentioning was how creepy her eyes were, so I hope you all like the new eyes ^_^ I hope you all like my new version! Please rate and comment.
