Ayano Tateyama is from Kagerou Project and Mekakucity Actors she was a classmate and close friend of Shintaro Kisaragi and the original founder of the Mekakushi Dan.
Ayano is a girl with long brown hair that is always tucked into her scarf, with two red clips attached to her left fringe. Her eyes are colored in nice brown. In Toumei Answer, she is seen wearing a red scarf and a black school uniform with a white ribbon attached to it. Her stockings are black and her shoes are dark brown.

Really nice cosplay! You mention having a hard time with the skirt. I think Ebony's Hood has a skirt that might have worked. It's still relatively short, but the way it billows out feels similar.
Regardless it's lovely! Maybe darker eyes would have been better though. (Can't tell much from the ref, but her eyes look darker than the brown you have right now.) 5/5 - Report As Spam

Please forgive the short skirt it was the best one I could find. I was originally going to use the black bedouin skirt but due to idiots in the mp its way over 400b. Also while the shoes aren't exactly dark down they were the closest style wise. All the other shoes I could find didn't fit right. So I did what I could.
I tried to make it a bit different and more closer to the ref by putting her arms behind her back. If there is anything I am missing or anyway I can improve please let me know! - Report As Spam

Ayano has the "Favoring Eyes" her eye ability allows her to project her emotions onto others, which she refers to as "the power of caring" so due to this her eyes are at times red. Though because I was going purely off the reference photo I stuck with the brown.
