Okay, here's another shot at Eternal Sailor Moon.
I know, I know, the skirt is terrible. I just don't know what to use.

I don't think a background is necessary.
The ref pics I used ( about 2 or so ) shows Eternal Sm with large angel wings, so I made do
with the largest pair of angel wings I had in my inventory.
