He is from One Piece. His full name is Donquixote Doflamingo. I'm cosplaying a flashback scene of him in his younger days, where he is in a room & he drunk from a bottle. Then, he walks over to a box.
1. He has spiky blonde hair that curves a little bit.
2. White-rimmed sunglasses that have a red tint.
3. Constantly grins/smiles when he is thinking of sinister things.
