Just do your best and be happy with your improvements really (downvotes are evil).
Shame not much doable about the muscles (maybe an arm mod?). Although maybe a black belt instead (or layering if permitted).

I know that feeling. My entry last week had the same thing happen. I was expecting it because my fragile dreams entry that i enter the week before the strawberry shortcake had it happen. xD
